Refund policy

 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be as follows:

 DUE TO COVID-19 WE HAVE EXPERIENCED SEVERE DELAYS ON REPLENISHING STOCK ALL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PRE ORDER WITH A 3-8 WEEK WAIT MAXIMUM. THESE ORDERS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND ONCE ORDERED ONLY AFTER THE ITEM ARRIVES IF FAULTY AND WITHIN THE 28 DAY GUARANTEE PERIOD.

  • You need to return or exchange your product within 30 days of receipt of purchase, if 30 days has gone by since your purchase unfortunately we cannot accept a refund or exchange.
  • Please return the items fully in their original packaging to us; the purpose for this is to protect the goods from damage during transport on return.
  • The delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of examination – comparable to a fitting in a shop. We are entitled to demand compensation if there is any deterioration of the goods as a result of further use before returning.
  • The Direct shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by you and are non refundable.
  • Always makes sure that the package can be tracked as we can not guarantee receiving your returned package.
  • Please hold onto the shipping document for future reference.
  • Complete the enclosed return slip making sure to include your reason for return and to enclose the receipt of the return within the package.

     

     

    You can not return your item if any of these are applicable:

    •  The item was brought in the sale or with a 25% or more discount
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
    •  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

       

       
      Refunds 
      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      Your refund will then be processed via your method of payment, within 48 working hours.

      Exchanges  
      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or the wrong size was ordered. If you need to exchange it for the same item or an item of the same price, send us an email at customerservices@infinitybracelets.store and send your item to the return address on the invoice (PO Box 1059, PO1 9TS, Infinity Bracelets of London)

      Late or missing refunds 
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially in your account depending on your bank
